The honest position

XypherSEO is early and deliberately small. That means we do not have a long list of open roles, a careers portal, or a recruiting pipeline. What we do have is real work, real ownership, and no layers between you and the decisions that matter.

We would rather be upfront than post fake openings to look bigger than we are. If there is no role listed below, there is no role. But if you are outstanding, we will find a way to work together, and we have made exceptions for the right person before.

What we look for

• People who ship. Taste and opinions are worth little without output behind them.
• Directness. We would rather hear a hard truth early than a comfortable one late.
• Genuine depth in one thing, rather than a shallow familiarity with ten.
• The instinct to fix a root cause instead of patching a symptom.

Areas we care about

• WordPress and PHP engineering, particularly plugin architecture.
• SEO, AEO, and GEO practitioners who have actually moved numbers, not just written about it.
• Content people who can explain a technical idea without diluting it.
• Design that is opinionated rather than templated.
